Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's Paris office lost its second partner to LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae last week as the magic circle firm's former Paris head Yves Huyghé de Mahenge left for the US firm. De Mahenge, who also founded Freshfields' Italian office, had only become a consultant at Freshfields on 1 November to take advantage of changes to the firm's pension scheme. He joins arbitration star Eric Schwartz, who left Freshfields for LeBoeuf in September.
