LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae has made up two partners in the firm’s booming London office, as part of five new partners for 2007 across the globe.
Damien Cleary, who specialises in insurance and reinsurance litigation, and Peter Crowther, who had been heading the London competition practice as a senior associate, will both become partners from 1 January 2007.
The other three new partners are all based in the firm’s New York headquarters.
Insurance and energy specialist LeBoeuf operates an all-equity partnership. It posted a 2005 turnover of $440m (£241.8m) and has a profit per equity partner figure of $1.32m (£728,000)
The firm’s London office posted a turnover of $48.8m for 2005.
The firm also promoted two associates to counsel roles, including real estate and environmental lawyer Ilia Miniaev in the firm’s Moscow office. The other promotion was in the firm’s second New York state office, in Albany.
