Surveyors, property developers and agents recently competed in the annual Eversheds monopoly challenge to raise money for St Basil's Centre for homeless people. Each team donated u100 with another u100m being raised in a court settlement over a dispute about construction of a hotel in Bond Street and Park Lane. Participants that were sent to jail also had to pay to be released. However judges got off scot free.
