Lawyer becomes BZ Bank chairman

Evenline Oeschslin-Saupper, has left her most recent role as a partner at Zurich law firm, Homburger, to head up BZ Bank.

She replaces Konrad Fischer, another lawyer, who has been chairman since the bank was founded 15 years ago.

BZ Bank is the stockbroking arm of the financial empire of Martin Ebner, one of Switzerland's wealthiest and most successful investors.
