Pro bono charity LawWorks has appointed four trustees to its board.
It has selected Standard Chartered Bank head of legal West Susan Adams, who has experience of dealing with London-based charities. Joining her is Eurasian Natural Corporation general counsel Randal Barker, who is also a member of the executive committee of the GC100, Nabarro corporate partner Elliot Shear, who heads the firm’s pro bono team, and BAE Systems chief counsel Roger Wiltshire.
