Lawrence Graham has hired soft intellectual property (IP) and digital media specialist Jonathan Sellors as a partner for its commerce and technology group
Sellors was head of digital media and IP at London specialist media and entertainment firm Simkins Partnership. Prior to Simkins, he was one of a four-strong team running the European online business operations of CompuServe's (now part of AOL) online business operations throughout Europe. Lawrence Graham head of company and commercial Michael Storar said: "Jonathan joins us with an impressive track record of soft IP and the digital media business. He'll make an important contribution to our commerce and technology group as we look to develop its business over the coming years." Sellors has also gained experience on the other side of the fence. Prior to his stint at CompuServe, he was at Pearson, the international media group, where he was a lawyer for six years and head of legal for four. The Lawrence Graham company and commercial group, which houses the commerce and technology group, is 70-strong and encompasses corporate, finance, commerce and technology, employment, pensions, insurance, energy and public sector areas.
