Lawrence Graham in L&R property instruction

Lawrence Graham acted for London & Regional (L&R) on its £215m acquisition of JP Morgan Chase Bank's 47.5 per cent stake in its own building. JP Morgan, which has now become a tenant in the property it used to half own, was represented by Linklaters. Theodore Goddard advised the Royal Bank of Scotland, which arranged and underwrote L&R's £215m facility.
Banking and projects partner Michael Black led the Theodore Goddard team, partner John Lane led the Linklaters team acting for JP Morgan and Nick Turner was at the helm of the Lawrence Graham team acting for L&R.
