Corporate partner Jeffrey Elway led the team advising Regents Inn, while Glasgow firm R&JM Hill Brown & Co advised Regent Inns on Scottish law. Clifford Chance advised vendor Punch Taverns on corporate aspects of the deal, TLT Solicitors handled the property aspects of the sale for Punch, while Burness Solicitors advised on Scottish law. The purchase followed an auction process that commenced in May.
