#Legal services complaints commissioner Zahida Manzoor has slammed the Law Society's complaints arm for not providing value for money, after fining the body £275,000. Manzoor said the society, through the Legal Complaints Service and nominally the Solicitors Regulation Authority, had racked up costs of £36m.
