Law Society launches mediation panel

The Law Society is launching a civil and commercial mediation panel. The panel goes live today (28 May). The aim is to help lawyers and their clients find mediators who are quality assured by the Law Society. Criteria for panel membership follow ethical, training and practice standards developed by the Law Society for solicitors practising as mediators. First revealed on www.thelawyer.com/lawyernews.
