  • I have named names, well now I am giving the solicitors I have named the chance to take action against me. None of them will, because I am right in all details. Go to a bar and complain about the food and service publicly is that libel? Go to a solicitor and complain about the product and service is that libel. If so why? See you all in court babycakes, if you dare!!!

  • Neither the Law Society or any governing bodies really care about the conduct of it's members, this was clear when I recently locked horns with a local solicitor.
When making a complaint, I was first encouraged to meet a fellow partner at the Solicitors, as an ordinary man I was loathed to do so as discussions would have been twisted to suit legal purposes.
I was of the assumption that The Law is in place to protect the innocent?!?!? This is clearly not the case with British Law as it's guidelines and processes are as antiquated are as medieval as the idiots that claim to enforce it!

  • The reason that they want to shut this site down is because the Law Society are funding some of the corrupt cases. For example, public funding was provided for the Appellant, in my case, yet I easily won the case and costs went to the public purse. I was refused my defence, I won a Solicitor, 3 different Barristers and 2-Judges. The public paid for all of the unlawful hearings. This is the real reason for trying to close this website.

  • Freedom of speech. If you don't like what he says about you or your firm - CLEAN UP YOUR ACT. Simple.
The consumer bites back and is fully entitled to his opinion.

  • This website is excellent as it lets people know what a bunch of crooked thieving parasites the legal profession allow to practice, and i use that term loosley. I would reckon that about 1% of them are honest the rest a bunch of scammers,if i did my job the way they go about theirs i would be sacked promptly.

  • The website serves a useful purpose - the legal profession often does not serve its customers well. The regulatory bodies are next to useless. The self-serving behaviour of some lawyers is extraordinary - in any other business they would be fired as they are simply not doing a good job for their customer. However they are very good at lining their own pockets. Would be good to see a Doctors from Hell website as well. Another professional body that regulates itself - or rather fails to - to the detriment on the consumer.

  • We are not only looking for way to complain, we are also looking for a way to warn others about the service we've received - to make public our experience. This is what this website does!

  • Several times we have received appalling service from solicitors, which has cost us tens of thousands of pounds to get absolutely nowhere.
Since solicitors charge by the billable part-hour, rather than by results, people will want to complain when their money is wasted.
And after wasting so much money with inefficient or incompetent lawyers, you know from bitter experience that the last thing it would be sensible to do would be to try and take them on directly - a lawyer will always win, and they have the legal knowledge and the resources to take things further than you ever can.
That's why we need websites like this one.
