Law Soc in bomb threat

The man, who police described as being in his 60s, locked himself inside a white van at around 4pm on Thursday and refused to leave.
Police were unable to confirm whether the man was armed, but it is believed that he claimed to have a bomb. Streets and buildings in the area were evacuated.
As The Lawyer went to press, there was no sign of the siege ending - the man was reportedly well equipped with food for the weekend.
