I couldn't agree more with your leader in The Lawyer, 1 December 1998, "Law Society laundering reaction does not wash".

Congratulations on breaking this story and now tying it up with the Law Society's difficulties, which were further investigated in the Dispatches programme last Thursday night regarding the failing of the OSS.

"Client confidentiality, legal independence and an aura of professional respectability cannot be used as an excuse to cover criminal activity." Wonderful.
