Walker Morris's renewables group set to exhibit at Sustainability Live 2013
At Sustainability Live 2013 at the NEC Birmingham on 16–18 April 2013, Walker Morris’s renewables, energy and resources group will be providing presentations and free 30-minute legal surgeries. The firm will also be exhibiting on stand N16 in the EfW Expo hall.
At the event, which focuses on sustainable business management, speakers from Walker Morris will address topical market issues affecting the waste management, water and electricity markets.
In Energy Theatre One at 10:45–11:00 on 16 April 2013, Adam Davidson, director in the renewables, energy and resources group, will focus on what we know and do not know about electricity market reform.
In the Water Theatre at 10:30–10:45 on 16 April 2013, Frazer Peavoy will consider the impact of the government’s draft Water Bill on the water sector.
In Energy from Waste Theatre One at 11:00–11:15 on 16 April 2013, Ben Sheppard will focus on key legal and contractual issues with advanced thermal technology projects.
Finally, in Energy from Waste Theatre One at 10:30–10:45 on 17 April 2013, Sheppard looks at the contractual structures and legal issues when delivering anaerobic digestion projects.
