Walker Morris's real-estate group set to advise Legal Services Framework
Walker Morris’s real-estate group has been appointed to the Government Procurement Service’s Legal Services Framework to provide real-estate advice.
The Legal Services Framework supports the government’s aim to deliver significant, sustainable savings for the taxpayer by centralising, standardising and aggregating procurement spend for common goods and services.
The EU-compliant framework can be used by organisations across the UK public sector, including central government, local government, health, education, defence and not-for-profit organisations, devolved administrations and the emergency services.
It provides access to legal advice on acquisitions and disposals, property development, social housing and environmental and planning matters, saving organisations time and money.
