Taylor Wessing advises MML on acquisition of a majority stake in the ATA Group
Taylor Wessing has advised its client MML Capital Partners LLP on its €17.3m investment into Irish-based ATA Group to fund the transatlantic acquisition of the US-based SGS Tools’ Bur business.
The transaction creates a global leader in tungsten carbide bur production and positions the business for further international growth.
This is the second deal on which Taylor Wessing has advised MML, having also acted for the firm on its investments in Arena Group.
