Simmons & Simmons advises Equinix on acquisition and alliance
Simmons & Simmons has advised Equinix, a NASDAQ-listed data centre provider, on its acquisition of a data centre facility in Dubai and alliance with Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company to deliver data centre and interconnection services to customers in the Middle East.
The Simmons & Simmons team for the Equinix data centre acquisition was led by Nick Watson.
Alex Shepherd advised on the commercial and regulatory aspects of the alliance.
