King & Wood Mallesons has contributed to, and provided the Chinese translation for, a bi-lingual legal novel — A Corporate Journey to the West: Or How to Make a Successful Acquisition in the USA.
The novel takes the form of an entertaining story with expert legal analysis in both Chinese and English. It gives a fictional account of a successful acquisition of a US company by a Chinese company.
It is an Asian-Mena Counsel publication for the In-House Community, published by Pacific Business Press.
