Karanovic & Nikolic has co-operated with the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) and Microsoft Serbia to organise a business breakfast on the topic of ‘The New World of Work — Impact on Productivity, Culture and Employee Satisfaction’.
Presentations were given to approximately 50 attendees on subjects such as the use, importance and range of modern information technology for employees — a session that was hosted by Borko Kovacevic and Ivana Vucevic from Microsoft.
Milena Jaksic Papac, senior associate at Karanovic & Nikolic, presented on the legal aspects of telework, the development of modern means of communication, limitations imposed by Serbian labour legislation and the challenges that employers face in its implementation.
