Karanovic & Nicolic holds business briefing focused on new public procurement law
Karanovic & Nikolic held a business briefing on the new Law on Public Procurement on 27 March 2013 at its offices in Belgrade.
The briefing covered the changes to the current system of public procurement and solutions that will be implemented by the new Law on Public Procurement, which will come into effect on 1 April 2013.
Particular attention was paid to the practical implementation of the legal rules, which prescribe for tighter controls on contractors and more effective protection for suppliers.
