Conyers provides BVI advice on Canacol credit agreement with banking syndicate
Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided British Virgin Islands (BVI) advice in connection with Canacol Energy Ltd’s credit agreement for a $140m senior secured term loan with a syndicate of banks.
The syndicate is led by Credit Suisse as lead arranger, sole bookrunner and administrative agent, and Citibank, Export Development Canada and Corpbanca as mandated lead arrangers.
Audrey Robertson of Conyers’ BVI office advised the Cayman Islands branch of Credit Suisse on the deal.
