Chadbourne represents INFONACOT in short- and long-term corporate debt issuances
Chadbourne & Parke has represented INFONACOT (Instituto del Fondo Nacional para el Consumo de los Trabajadores) in the successful placement of corporate debt in Mexico amounting to $160m. Settlement of the issuance on the Mexican Stock Exchange took place on 12 April 2013 and received an AAA domestic rating by Fitch Ratings and HR Ratings.
The firm also advised INFONACOT on the successful placement of two short-term issuances amounting to $58m.
INFONACOT is a government-related entity that provides signature or personal loans to affiliated employees of the private sector.
