UK FSA review of the client money rules for insurance intermediaries
On 28 August 2012, the UK’s Financial Services Authority, which is an independent non-governmental body that regulates the financial services industry in the UK, including insurers and insurance intermediaries, published a consultation paper that includes proposals to amend the rules on how insurance firms deal with client money.
