The Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012 — seminar presentations

The Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012 is expected to come into force on 29 April 2013. The law replaces the Housing (Jersey) Law 1949 and the Regulation of Undertakings and Development (Jersey) Law 1973 with a comprehensive statute regulating the fundamental issues of working and acquiring and occupying property in Jersey.  The legislation is wide ranging and will have an impact on a high proportion of the business and local community.

Property lawyers from Appleby ran a seminar on 11 March outlining the key aspects of the legislation, focusing on the practical implications for businesses, employees and everyone involved in the property market.
