Incentives for start-ups: update
On 13 December 2012 the Italian Parliament adopted a law (the Law) to convert, with amendments, Law Decree No. 179 of 18 October 2012, aimed, inter alia, at promoting the establishment and growth of innovative start-ups in Italy. The Law has amended some of the provisions relating to innovative start-ups, generally expanding the benefits applicable to these companies.
