Advertising Standards for the UAE
Prior to the issuance of the Advertising Standards, content in relation to advertisements in the UAE was governed and regulated by a combination of legislative and regulatory measures. Upon publication in the Federal Gazette, the new Advertising Standards will serve to consolidate the various principles governing content in relation to advertisements in the UAE, reinforcing a number of fundamental edicts.
