Addleshaw Goddard makes The Times' list of top 50 employers for women
Addleshaw Goddard has been named in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women list for this year. The announcement marks the seventh time the law firm has been included.
In 2012, the firm launched a female-specific development programme to help inspire, support and advance women to increase gender diversity in senior legal positions. This successful programme is set to be relaunched in May to a new cohort of female colleagues and in-house lawyers.
The programme delivers tailored advice to overcome real and perceived barriers that female lawyers may face, and further develop key skills that will empower women to progress in their career.
