Lathams shakes up LA management

Latham & Watkins has replaced the managing partner of its Los Angeles office after a six-year tenure.

Martha Jordan is being replaced by John Clair, a tax partner who has held a number of management positions over the past four years including serving as a member of Latham’s management committee.

Jordan will continue her corporate finance practice which involves real estate investment trusts.
