Latham & Watkins has turned its attention to its corporate department, promoting a Los Angeles-based partner to US vice chair of the global group.
Marc Jaffe, who has been with Latham since 1993, joins global corporate chair Peter Kerman and European vice-chair John Watson as a member of the senior team.
