Latham makes CSFB lawyer New York partner

Latham & Watkins has hired Credit Suisse First Boston lawyer David Brodsky as a partner in its New York office

Securities litigator Brodsky has swapped his role as managing director and general counsel for the Americas at the investment bank for a return to private practice. Kenneth Conboy, co-chair of Latham’s global securities practice, commented: “[Brodsky] has been a formidable resource for corporations, investment banks and financial institutions confronting securities law challenges, and we welcome him to Latham’s global securities practice.”
