Latham boosts insolvency with Schulte Roth hire

Latham & Watkins has poached bankruptcy specialist Mark Broude from Schulte Roth & Zabel. Broude joins Latham's New York office as a partner in the global insolvency practice group today (1 July). He has a broad bankruptcy practice, including business reorganisations and representing creditors' committees. He said: "As a top-tier global law firm, Latham offers the opportunity of growing my practice to a global level."
