The Law Lords are considering whether to hear an appeal questioning insurance time limits. Kuwait Airways Corporation is seeking leave to challenge a Court of Appeal decision in May upholding a High Court ruling over an insurance claim relating to 15 aircraft, spares and equipment trapped at Kuwait Airport when the Iraqis invaded.
