Kirkpatrick profits from Testa Hurwitz dissolution

Recently merged Anglo-American firm Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham has taken six partners from the recently dissolved Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault.

The Boston office of Kirkpatrick has inherited five intellectual property partners and one labour and employment partner. Boston is Kirkpatrick’s home town and houses about 100 of the firm’s 950 lawyers.

The IP partners are Michael Brodowski, David Byer, Deborah Peckham, Thomas Turano and Christine Vito, and Mark Pomfret bolsters Kirkpatrick’s employment team.

The IP team has contentious and non-contentious experience across the technology, life sciences and engineering sectors.
