Kinstellar has raided legacy firm Linklaters, hiring London-based finance partner Charles Dunn.
Dunn, who has also worked for the magic circle firm in Amsterdam and Bangkok, will join the Kinstellar banking and finance practice in Prague. Kinstellar was created when the decision was taken to spin off Linklaters’ Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) practice late last year.
The firm is managed by former Linklaters head of CEE Jason Mogg, who said: “Charles will be advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers across the Emerging Europe region.”
