High-profile employemnt lawyer Denise Kingsmill has joined Denton Hall.
Kingsmill returns to legal practice after working with Sir Patrick Sheehy as a member of his Rainbow consortium's bid for the National Lottery.
She aims to develop a centre of excellence in employment law at the City firm and to move the focus of its employment operations on to boardroom disputes.
Kingsmill says she chose Denton Hall because it "is big with lots of resources".
"This firm has a high profile in media and a lot of my clients on the boardroom side are in media and TV. I represent Sky and Channel 4. It has an excellent employment capability so I won't have to start from scratch as I have in the past."
Jonathan Tatten, Denton Hall managing partner, says: "We see boardroom issues as an area of growing importance for many of our clients. It will be a real enhancement to our practice in this area to have Denise Kingsmill on the team."
Before working for Rainbow, she worked with DJ Freeman and Clyde & Co.
