Kingsmill in £1.7m claim

A senior judge, the deputy chair of the Competition Commission and DJ Freeman are being sued for £1.7m by a car crash victim.

Mr Justice Clark, deputy chair Denise Kingsmill and DJ Freeman were found guilty by three Court of Appeal judges of professional negligence. They have appealed to the House of Lords. The judges said the victim could have received £1m if properly advised, but won just £50,000.
