Kings Chambers has snared His Honour David Gilliland as an arbitrator.
Gilliland retired from the bench on 30 September, having been a senior circuit judge on the Northern Circuit at the Technology and Construction Court. Gilliland, aged 69, joined the set today (8 October).
The set has offices in Manchester and Leeds.
Senior clerk William Brown, who worked with Gilliland for 11 years before he joined the bench, said: "We broached the subject of him joining us before he retired from the bench as it was clear that David wanted to keep going and was interested in a new career."
