East Anglian firm Kester Cunningham John has posted a growth in revenue of just less than £1m as it targets the commercial, private client and property markets in the region.
The firm turned over £10.7m in the 2006-07 financial year, up from £9.8m in 2005-06.
Corporate and commercial, which includes employment, showed the biggest growth, climbing by 26 per cent to reach £2.1m. Commercial property remained the biggest department with a turnover of around £2.4m.
The firm has also launched a joint venture LLP in Cambridge with local accountant Price Bailey for all-round wealth management advice. The service will be headed by private client partner Jenny Pratt.
Commercial director Stephen Goddard said: "We want to service our private clients - the accountants and banks have been offering cross-selling services for ages."
Private client work accounts for 18 per cent (£1.9m) of the firm's revenue.
