Kerman & Co merges with Max Bitel Greene

Operating under the Kerman & Co brand, the combined firm now has 18 partners. Two of Max Bitel Greene’s six partners, Nick Bitel and Louise Millington-Roberts, have made partnership. The legacy firm’s remaining four partners have become full-time senior consultants.

Nick Bitel, who is also chief executive of the London Marathon, will lead Kerman & Co’s sports division with the Kerman’s Daniel O’Connell retaining his role of managing partner

Commenting on the merger Nick Bitel said: “As a well-regarded niche firm, we’ve been approached on many occasions over the years to join forces with other firms but have never felt that they would allow us to continue to offer the same level of service.”

“Sports law is now seen as a distinct branch of the law and MBG has been at the forefront of the development of this discipline, particularly in relation to doping, ticketing and brand protection work”, O’Connell added.
