Kemp Little has taken on former Norton Rose partner Tim Russell as part of the niche firm’s bid to expand its employment practice.
Russell was previously head of Norton Rose’s employment group, but resigned last summer to move into consultancy work, as well as continuing as a part time employment tribunal chair.
Kemp Little launched its employment practice in 1999. Russell will advise on the development of the group rather than servicing clients.
