Karen Stewart has been a partner in the conveyancing department since 2003 and is based in the Northampton office. She is a property expert and has a wide range of experience dealing with all types of matters to include sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property, plots of land, new build homes, transfers of equity and assents.
She is responsible for two teams within the department comprising 30 people who deal with sales and purchases of properties and ensuring that we deliver excellent customer service. She also manages the relationship with Conveyancing Alliance and Accord buy-to-let work. Stewart also oversees other suppliers relationships within the department.
