Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) has become the latest law firm to sign an exclusive Legal Practice Course (LPC) deal with London Bridge-based Kaplan Law School.
The agreement builds on an existing contract that HFW has with Kaplan Altior for the provision of the Professional Skills Course for the last several years.
Giles Proctor, head of Kaplan, said: “We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to Holman Fenwick Willan’s success. With their market-leading trade, insurance and shipping work consistently winning awards, we know their standards are high and we will work in close partnership to develop a rigorous and inspiring programme of training.”
HFW is the latest in a string of law firms to enter into exclusive LPC arrangements with Kaplan – the latest being international firm Shearman & Sterling, as reported by Lawyer2B.com last month (September).
With the addition of HFW Kaplan now has 13 law firms on its client roster. Kaplan’s other LPC clients include Bird & Bird, Bates Wells Braithwaite, Field Fisher Waterhouse, Ince & Co, Manches, Mayer Brown, Mills & Reeve, Nabarro, Penningtons and Trowers & Hamlins.
