Julian Scott is head of our Residential Property and Estate Agency Department, specialising in residential property and deals with all aspects of the buying and selling of properties of all sizes and types.
He also handles substantial remortgage and repossession business for major clients in the financial sector.
Scott acts for a number of new-build developers and handles relocation work for a major national retailer, as well as dealing with the residential property aspects of the staff benefits schemes we provide for employers.
He possesses more than 25 years’ experience of working in the Scottish residential market (particularly in the Edinburgh and Lothian region) and this detailed and wide knowledge of the market ensures that his clients receive confident and sound advice and reliable commercial judgement.
