I love it when a judge tells a jury how and what they can decide on. It is a shame to see this happening. It would be true justice if the jury either told the judge to “piss-off” or come back with a “conspiracy” charge just for good measure. Reply Link Rish 1 April 2008 at 11:53 “Judge decides for jury” I think you’ll find it is the judge’s job to tell the jury what verdicts are open to them under the law- not to tell them what to decide.
