Jones Day has announced plans to open a Boston office in the New Year.
New York-based litigation partner Traci Lovitt will become partner-in-charge when the office opens in January 2011. She will be joined by IP partner Eileen Falvey and healthcare partner Lynn Coe, while the head of the firm’s trial practice Tom Cullen will split his time between Boston and Washington.
The announcement comes a month after the firm announced it was opening an office in São Paulo. (18 October). The office will be led by the firm’s Latin America chair and Madrid chief Luis Riesgo.
