Jonathan Douglas has previous experience working for a major contractor on domestic and international construction projects and is also qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor.

He has wide-ranging experience in construction, engineering and power projects and specialises in all forms of dispute resolution, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation and a variety of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes such as mediation.
He has particular expertise in high-value and complex disputes in the office, retail and power sectors, together with an extensive knowledge of bonds and guarantees.
Douglas also advises on drafting dispute resolution procedures in complex contractual arrangements for major projects under PFI/PPP structures.
