UK legal consultant Jomati has cemented a formal alliance with US counterpart Altman Weil and Professional Development Asia in Hong Kong and Beijing.
The alliance will operate under the Altman Weil Global brand and will focus on US and UK firms looking to expand internationally.
Jomati founder and principal Tony Williams said: “While a lot of firms are in the bunker and are cutting back, others are seeing the downturn as a tremendous opportunity to make star hires and develop.”
Jomati has an existing relationship with Weil Altman in the US, having established a formal alliance with the consultant in 2005.
Williams said: “It makes sense for us to work together and cover all three areas, which present a lot of exciting opportunities for the future.”
