  • Jimmy Savile is innocent and the likes of the Sun Newspaper, Meirion Jones, Mark Williams-Thomas, all his ungrateful/spiteful/amoral accusers and all the other brain dead muppets who have blindly (or not so blindly) jumped on the band wagon since are NOT FIT TOO LICK HIS BOOTS in my opinion.

  • I have seen and read everyone's ideas but to be honest law is not as crucial as economics because everything currently runs with business you cannot tell me that you will only rely on your law carrier what if you don't have clients at the moment and you are not flexible yet you spent alot studying law........::seriously!!

  • I agree with Bar None here. This is an interesting development where an English litigation boutique looks just like its US counterparts. This is a kind of fusion (informal, ad hoc) where lawyers can choose how they want to practise in their own kind of organization. These are the innovations anticipated by the Legal Services Act 2007 and facilitated by it. All the focus has been on ABS but this is as important a development as the ABS.

  • It seems like an attempt by Capsticks to make something of their Leeds office. Surely that is a good thing!
