James Needham
James Needham is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in Birmingham, specialising in commercial development, investment and real-estate finance.

Needham advises on all stages of the development process, including strategic land, site assembly, pre-lets and forward sales.
He also works with property investors on acquisitions and disposals and managing their existing stock to protect the value of their investments.
