Solicitor Katherine Scaife, who lost her claim of unfair dismissal against Redcar firm Richard Knaggs. Scaife, 41, received her marching orders from the Cleveland firm after having a baby with client Wayne Dixon, procuring an injunction freezing the assets of his wife, and filing an action for the couple's divorce on the grounds of irretrievable breakdown.
